  • More than 24 hours before experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee
  • 6 hours to 24 hours before experience: Rescheduling at 20% Fee
  • Less than 6 hours before experience: No Rescheduling

Other Info
  • Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on same day of your experience.
  • If there is a complaint notice must be given to CherishX within 2 hours of experience delivery time.
  • To officially cancel or reschedule an experience kindly reply to booking confirmation email saying "I want to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process" or "Kindly reschedule my experience to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date"
