CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
  • More than 3 working hours (10am to 8pm) before experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
  • Less than 3 working hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
  • No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.
Reschedule Policy
  • More than 3 working hours (10am to 8pm) before booking: Rescheduling at zero fee
  • Less than 3 working hours before booking: Rescheduling on case to case basis
  • No Re-Schedule possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.
Other Info
  • Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on same day of your experience.
  • In case of a complaint notice must be given to CherishX within 2 hours of experience start time. CherishX will mediate when necessary and has the final say in all disputes
  • To officially cancel or reschedule an experience kindly reply to booking confirmation email saying "I want to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process" or "Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date"
