When we book a 7-10pm slot, you send your decorators at 10pm, making us wait in office till 12 midnight for him to finish..that time you don't bother of the clients time, now since 4-7pm appointment, your person comes in at 6pm & says he will leave by 6.15pm if the decor doesnt start..this is a very selfish & unprofessional behaviour by your team. As usual disappointed with your management.

You will have to provide a stool or ladder to reach the ceiling
We discourage Helium balloons for home use as it is an asphyxiant - it can suffocate you. We use air balloons, fix them to your ceiling with a removable cello-tape (generally no mark on ceiling but please remove within 24 hours) to create the same experience as helium balloons.

More than 24 hours before experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
12 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
Less than 12 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages. Similarly, no cancellations are allowed for bookings made on Karva Chauth.
