CherishX – Payments, Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CherishX to celebrate your special moments. We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent booking and service experience for all our customers.


1. Payments & Transaction Security

  • Payments are processed through trusted gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm, etc.
  • CherishX does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs or any sensitive payment information.
  • All transactions are encrypted and secure.

2. Service-Specific Policies (Important)

Each product or experience listed on CherishX may have its own cancellation and rescheduling policy, depending on:

  • Type of service (decoration, delivery, venue experience, surprise artist, etc.)
  • Customizations and material preparations required
  • Vendor, venue or artist availability and commitments

Therefore, please review the “Cancellation and Reschedule Policy” mentioned on the respective product page at the time of booking.

In case of any difference between the product page policy and the generic policy below,the policy on the product page will apply.


3. Generic Rescheduling Policy (Applicable where product page does not specify otherwise)

A. Requests Made 48+ Hours Before Event Time

  • Rescheduling is free of charge
  • The new date and time will be subject to availability

B. Requests Made Within 24–48 Hours

  • A rescheduling fee of ₹300–₹1000 may apply (based on location and service type)
  • Confirmation depends on decorator/artist availability

C. Same-Day Rescheduling (within 24 hours)

  • Rescheduling may not be possible once the team is assigned or dispatched
  • If permitted, rescheduling charges will apply as per actual expenses incurred

This deduction accounts for coordination effort, reserved manpower, and advance materials used in preparation.


5. Non-Refundable Situations (Irrespective of Generic Policy)

The following items/services are non-refundable once confirmed or processed, as preparation begins immediately:

  1. Customized Items: e.g., printed balloons, neon name signs, cut-outs, personalized décor, photo frames, etc.
  2. Venue, Restaurant or Hotel-Based Experiences: These require advance payment to partner venues.
  3. When the Team Is Already Dispatched or Arrived at Location: In such cases, neither cancellation nor refund is applicable.

6. Service Quality Assurance

If you are not satisfied with the service delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. .

Our team will review the situation and may provide rework, partial refund, or compensation depending on the case.


7. Return Policy

CherishX provides experience-based services which involve on-site setup and decoration. .

Because most materials are custom-used, installed, inflated, taped, or designed specifically for your event:

  • Returns are not applicable once the service has been delivered or decoration setup has started.
  • Items that have been opened, inflated, assembled, installed, or customized cannot be reused and therefore cannot be returned.
  • In case of deliverable gift products, returns are only accepted if the item was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, and reported with photos within 12 hours of delivery.

If a return is approved based on defect/wrong product cases:

  • A replacement will be provided, or
  • Store credit may be issued — depending on feasibility.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.


9. Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CherishX, we aim to deliver happiness on time.

For all physical gift items (such as gifts, hampers and other courier-based products):

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 36 working hours of successful payment.
  • Products are shipped through trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery is usually completed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
  • In case of personalized or made-to-order products, delivery timelines may vary. Any such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • You will receive tracking details on your registered email or WhatsApp once the shipment is dispatched.

For service-based experiences and decorations, delivery refers to the event execution date and slot selected by the customer during booking.
