Pay As You Like
CherishX does not store private information like card numbers, UPI - IDs, or CVV numbers for customer data privacy. We use trusted payment gateways like Razorpay, Paytm etc., so you can pay safely. Your information security matters! :)
Reschedule policy
Despite our best efforts to plan, uncertainty will always exist! In case of unforeseen events, we are open to rescheduling. But we have some rules to abide by:
Rescheduling Requests:
To reschedule, you can contact our customer support through email, phone number or whatsapp chat. You should communicate this to us at least 24-48 hours prior to your booked slot. This helps us to make changes smoothly.
Alternate slot booking:
Rescheduled events are always subject to our availability. While we are more than happy to consider new dates, we can only confirm based on our existing commitments. Our team will contact you to confirm the proposed timings and dates for a smoother experience.
Rescheduling fees:
Every booking you make with CherishX involves behind-the-scenes planning, coordination, and some fixed expenses in advance. If you reschedule at the last minute, it affects our efforts. We may charge a fee if you reschedule within 48 hours of the slot start time. The cost will be communicated to you clearly before finalizing an alternate date and time slot.
Fair use of rescheduling:
While we have a policy of rescheduling, we encourage our clients to use this policy fairly.
