Hi, My experience was worst and for the same i had a word Mr Vinay whom i told what happened their when i reached at redision . No welcome drink. No decoration. Even they dont know about my booking. When i asked then he check and told me to wait for 30 mins after that when i ask him how much time you wil get , he asked us to see the decoration at 7pm where as timing was 6pm to 8pm. When i saw decoration that was so worst even i cant imagine what you guys are doing with consumers. After that i called on your toll free number and excalated matter then i recevied a cal from Mr Vinay 8802962548 whom i told about thimg which happend with me and informed him to cancel and refund my payment in my account asap. I am attaching the phots which i got their in the name of decorations. You people really spoiled my special day. This was a surprise dinner to my wife but when i reached nothing was their and i was surprised and i left the place and informed Mr vinay for Same. You can see what you have shown in your Site and what you people are delivered. I need immediate action on this otherwise i will make it social. Thanks Sunny Sharma 9999590025
