The person who came for decoration was really good n co-operative! He relly did a great job But in addition ti my customisation they didn’t send the material and it was a mess last minute ! After hustle of like 30-40mins they could arrange the missing material . But at the end final result was really beautiful!

The experience was worst ,I had initially done the booking for 29th October but due to some reasons I had to get it postponed I informed the team 6hrs before for the change of date as there was no much options for modifying the team is very unresponsive , finally they charged me 500 for change of date I was on with that. Then came the day where the actual day of decoration was supposed to happen due to their internal team they missed delivering the materials and the decorator was at the location on time.Time slot was between 4-7pm but the materials reached at 7:30 pm, They missed sending some materials and they couldn't arrange it. They are just vendors ,the support team is very unresponsive. They said they would compensate me but they haven't come back on this yet. I don't even want to give 1* just for the decorator I am doing this since he was on time

  • Less than 12 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
  • No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages. Similarly, no cancellations are allowed for bookings made on Karva Chauth.
