About The Experience
Need To Know
Minimum 12 ft height is required for this theme set up at venue
Cake table and cloth needs to be arranged from customer side
Continuous power supply is mandatory for the decorations to be completed on time
You need to provide ladder to complete the decoration if necessary
You need to make sure sufficient set-up time is available at venue
You need to ensure that all necessary permissions/copyrights and authorisations are in place to arrange the decoration from venue
Apart from mentioned inclusions will be charged extra
All the provided items in decoration are for rental, except balloons and kid photos(if included in package)
All the rental items will be taken back from the place after completion of the rent duration.
After completion of the party cleaning of the stage can't be done by our decorator/staff
Our team will collect baby photos/name after the booking made if required

Cancellation Policy
- 3 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
- 24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
- Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with no refund
- No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.
