Overall experience was alright. We expected the decor partner assigned to be more prepared with all the cutouts and decor items ready. We also expected them to be more efficient than what they were. This may not have been the case. Though they helped us with the basic tick marks, in our opinion, the decor finish was lacking. What was delivered could have been done by ourselves. The light strings put within the paper lamps were limited, and somehow didn't give as much glow to it as we expected. Three stars for polite behavior and for accepting our last mile order. Thanks!

This decor looks perfect in a room of size 12x12 ft. Pls buy extra addons for bigger size rooms / open air setups
Your address & any other personal preferences will be taken after your booking
Nails will be hammered in the walls to tie ribbons from one end to the other
Please arrange a stool or a ladder in case the ceiling is too high to reach .
Surge is applicable on same day bookings
For outdoor setup please inform us in advance to help us plan the decoration better

How will you take my address and other details ?

After the payment is completed a form will open on the website or the app which will ask you for your address, balloon color choices, cake flavor etc. Which you can fill online. If we have any doubts someone from CherishX team will call you and take additional details. You will always have our post-sales number in-case you want to discuss something.

How many people will come for the decoration?

In general only 1 decorator comes to your place. Head decorator details are shared with you over an email 12 hours in advance

When will the decorator reach and how much time will they take ?

The decorator will come between the selected time slot and complete the booking before your time slot ends. For eg. if you have choose the time slot of 1 to 4 PM then your decoration would be completed before 4 PM It will take around 45 mins - 1 hour to decorate the place

When & how much surge will be applied?

10% Surge will be applied for the same day bookings worth less than Rs 3000 and 5 % surge will be applied for the bookings worth Rs 3000 or more.
