Guests are requested to arrive at the venue as per their scheduled booking time.
Advance reservation is mandatory and all bookings are subject to availability.
The experience duration is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
Valet parking is available.
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase unless otherwise mentioned in the package inclusions.
Minor variations in décor, floral arrangements, table setup, and accessories may occur while maintaining the overall theme of the experience.
Outside food, beverages, cakes, and decorations are generally not permitted unless specifically approved by the property.
Additional guests are subject to prior approval from the property and applicable charges.
Additional décor, cakes, bouquets, photographers, musicians, and other customizations can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Outdoor experiences are subject to weather conditions. In case of rain or adverse weather, the setup may be shifted indoors or to an alternate location, check cancellation policy for more information.

Cancellation Policy
- 3 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
- 24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
- Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with no refund
- No Cancellation or refunds for bookings made for Christmas, New Year's eve, 13th and 14th February (Valentine's) and Karvachauth.
- In case of rain, the experience may be shifted indoors (subject to availability) at no additional charge, and no refund will be applicable.
- If you wish to cancel the experience due to rain, a 50% refund will be provided, provided no services (including dinner) have been availed. Once any service has been availed, no refund will be applicable.
