It was so horrible and it’s so difficult to speak to a customer care executive. I booked for a video call guitar service. But they didn’t even take the number of the person I booked it for. Obviously it was a surprise for him but since they didn’t even bother to call me the person I booked for didn’t end up answering and it was horrible. It’s not my job to coordinate with the team or the guitarist. They didn’t even ask me my song preferences just called and played whatever they liked. Absolutely bloody waste of money. Horrible experience and more than anything it was irritating and frustrating to say the least. Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody
