Service delivery was fine, however the cotton candy could be shaped better and made more fun for kids. The asking for tips after delivery of service is not appreciated. The service is paid for well and in advance, then again asking for tips/inaam is not good. The service agent information should be shared atleast 24hr in advance, this practice of sharing details 12 hrs before isn’t good. If you are the host of a big party, getting the details of your vendor at the 11th hour is not a good feeling.
