Good: Overall booking experience was smooth. The person reached on time with all the equipment. Needs improvement: after payment was done reaching customer care for any queries was hard. They did get back to me eventually though. The play area itself was too small and cramped. Fortunately I had Eva mat in hall so we could move out slide and swing to another part of hall. There was no trampolin and basket ball net as mentioned in description. Before taking payment from customer they must share what really is going to be provided as part of play area.
