Till the time of event start ballons got fall down. I requested executor to come around 5 ,so that till evening celebration it stays up. it was large window to select for the decoration to happen between 2-6 or 6-8. My event start time was 6 so I had to choose 2-6 only , and he came for dacorating at 3 itself. due to that ballons didn't stayed as it should be.
