I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience we had at your venue yesterday. Although a table was provided, the overall arrangements were highly unsatisfactory. There was no proper decoration as expected, and more concerningly, there were no fans or coolers available despite the hot weather. The presence of mosquitoes added to the discomfort, and we had to request immediate arrangements due to the fact that we were accompanied by our 4-month-old child. To make matters worse, our child's condition suddenly deteriorated, forcing us to leave the venue early. Despite this, we had already placed our food order. Below is the status of the food items we ordered: Simple Butter Naan was served instead of the Garlic Butter Naan we ordered. Mushroom Onion was replaced with Paneer. Raita was not provided at all. Green Salad was satisfactory. Butter Breads were also acceptable. Additionally, we had requested a cake, which was not delivered. We were informed of this only at the last moment. This day was extremely special and meaningful to us, but unfortunately, it was spoiled due to the poor service and lack of basic arrangements. We spent nearly ₹7,000, an amount that could have been better used elsewhere for a more enjoyable experience. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund, including the cost of the undelivered cake. I hope you will understand the gravity of the situation and process the refund at the earliest.
