I had a very disappointing experience with CherishX. My booking was not handled professionally at all. Despite confirming my slot from 4–7 PM, no decorator was assigned on time, and my calls on the day of the event went unanswered. Shockingly, the original vendor cancelled the booking on his own without any prior communication. After repeatedly messaging and calling, a new decorator was finally assigned at 6:30 PM — just 30 minutes before the end of my scheduled slot. This last-minute arrangement led to the decoration being completed only by 8 PM, well past the committed timeline. The entire experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional. I expected better service and coordination from a company that claims to specialize in celebrations. Would not recommend based on this experience.
