My experience was really really bad. As it was first birthday of my daughter and I booked the decoration in morning itself. Our cake cutting time was 6pm and decoration people arrived late. Decoration items were delivered by 6 pm and the person who supposed to do decoration reached by 7. Somehow they managed to finish it by 8pm. I was very sad even after so much following up it was disaster.So because of these we were very late and all guests were there, in front of them decoration was done. Ideally it should have been done way much before 6. But event manager failed to deliver service on time. So they should remove decoration in just "2 hours" from their site.
