Cancellation Policy

  • 3 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
  • 24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
  • Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with no refund
  • No Cancellation or refunds for bookings made for Christmas, New Year's eve, 13th and 14th February (Valentine's) and Karvachauth.
  • In case of rain, the experience may be shifted indoors (subject to availability) at no additional charge, and no refund will be applicable.
  • If you wish to cancel the experience due to rain, a 50% refund will be provided, provided no services (including dinner) have been availed. Once any service has been availed, no refund will be applicable.
