The person who did the decoration was very good. He was smart and patient. But I bad opinion on the company policies and on updates that you guys send. I would like to make few recommendations 1. It is always better to have a pre visit. Because of this negligence I had to purchase the decoration stand on my own because the hotel management did not allow us for sticking. If pre-visit would have been then there all the details you guys could have asked all the details with the hotel people. 2. If you guys are asking some information like name address and all, please tell for what reason you are asking. When these information was asked, we felt it is required for the decorator to know the location, We were literally unaware that these details that you asked was for courier purpose. If it was for courier purpose we would not given the hotel address, we would have given our home address. We were literally shocked when the decoration person said that "You have the decoration items right ?". Luckily hotel people had kept the parcel items. If they would have thrown what would have happened !!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????? Atleast after couriering tell inform us that you guys have couriered the material, we will inform the hotel people. 3. What is the process for returning the rested item ? You guys have just said that it should be returned max the next day, but for which address ???????? Also it is not my responsibility to courier the rented item. My responsibility is just to keep the rented item safe without damage and I have kept it safe with me. For couriering it will charge extra for me which I would not like to bear. So, if at all you need the rented item, please come to my location and take it with you or please pay me the courier charges so that I will courier. This 2 star is also for the person who did the decoration, not for the company
