The tattoo artist came on time I guess. He had been in the venue but have not approached us and was just sitting at the corner. Only after calling him twice we realized he was already there. During the party, he had very limited designs. He had no catalogue or pictures of styles to choose from. Also, I saw 2 girls being turned down because he didnot know how to draw a spider and another design that was very basic. When I asked him to draw a yellow flower on my arm, he didnot know how to draw a flower! It took him so much time. Another thing is, I found the kids waiting for him as he was not in his station for a long time.
