The time slot I had booked was from 10-1 but on the day of delivery I was told decorator cannot come that time only slot available is 4-8 and no guarantee was given that it will be done in the evening. rather I was told decorator will come anytime between 4-8 . It's very obvious on the birthday customer will not wait till evening 8 pm for decoration to happen hence I had to cancel it last minute. If booking slot was not available it should not have been mentioned on the website. Not happy with the service

The Balloon Bouquet is assembled at the delivery place, please provide some space like parking lot or security room etc for us to setup the bouquet before delivery
Please be aware that the longevity of the bouquet cannot be guaranteed for an extended period, such as more than a few hours. Balloons have varying lifespans; they may deflate overnight, while others can last for days. Deflation can occur due to various factors, including potential contact with sharp objects or changes in room temperature.

Less than 12 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages. Similarly, no cancellations are allowed for bookings made on Karva Chauth.
