It was really bad.. first of all the costume that the mascot was wearing was third class.. even torn at ear and stiched with a different colour.. Which was looking very bad.. Also the person was not really interacting much with the kids as he was supposed to.. i had to asked him to play with the kids a little.. i understand that he's a human who needs breaks in between but i had paid for a job done professionally with decent breaks... and this was not what was expected.. I'm never gonna hire again
