Extremely disappointed with the service. For a first birthday, they sent an LED digit "2" instead of "1." Upon contacting customer care for a replacement, they kept asking us to wait for hours, forcing us to call repeatedly. In the end, they simply said it’s not possible. Completely unsatisfactory experience.

Very bad experience regaring the management. I had a party from 4:30pm and booked a decor to be completed by 4pm , the decorator was supposed to arrive by 2pm but he was so late he came at 4pm when my guests start coming over. My venue was not at all ready and it was so embarrassing. Though the decor was good, but the experiEnce spoilt my kids first birthday party. I regret my decision to trust completely on cherish, will never do that again.
