Rating - 1, Disaster during last moment, party delayed, half things promised weren't delivered, chaotic, we had to put balloons ourself to avoid looking like a fool in front of the guests, had to delay the party by half an hour. All because - Your representative failed to pass on the complete details to your vendor. I consider the vendor did their best, but because they weren't informed about the time and deadlines, quantities, the decoration themes well, they had to rush. I have been communicating over WhatsApp and call with you almost for half a month, explaining and confirming each and every thing again and again, and yet the decoration wasn't the planned one. The entire party venue was without balloons , and we had to put it ourselves which was very shameful and marks a very unprofessional image of yours. So many things and ideas could have bene pitched in, as we were ready to spend as this event meant a lot to us. Wish the decoration was as it looks in the website. Feedback - Train your representatives to listen to the CX, pitch in new ideas from your end and most important to summarize the requirement in detail and pass on exact details to your vendor and have a follow-up for time management. I am rating 1 coz at least decoration was there. The local vendors could have done this job beautifully to be honest.
