The overall experience was decent. The decor looked good after the setup. The people came to setup as well as to collect the items back were quick and professional. I deducted 1 star from the review because of below reasons: 1. The Happy Birthday sign given with the setup was shor circuited and was not lighting up on time, we had to contact our local electrician to fix that which delayed our event by 1 hour. 2. The overall package and the add ons added with the experience was little pricey, and the add on prop quality was not worth it. I could have opted out of it it of known beforehand.
