You will have to provide a stool or ladder to reach the ceiling
A professional decorator will come to set up the decoration in your selected time frame. Please note that the cake, cupcakes and table are not included in this bundle but the themed toppers are included.
Tape will be used in the decoration to place balloons on wall/ ceiling (we recommend you to remove cello tapes immediately after the celebration to avoid chipping of paint)

Less than 12 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
