The setup includes a creatively designed balloon arch made from 130 balloons: 40 light green latex, 30 black metallic, 40 golden metallic, and 20 white latex, all in a striking color combination. To complete the look, we add football paper cutouts and free-floating balloons on the floor, bringing the spirit of the game to life

The decoration will be attached to the wall using cello tape. To avoid wall damage, remove the tape immediately after the event. If you prefer not to use tape, you can customize your order by adding a stand to display the flex without attaching it to the wall.

I found the staff/ customer care executive/head of Cherish X to be unhelpful and discourteous. He left us (customer)and the decorator without assistance or a solution, seemingly avoiding the problem rather than resolving it. No coordination from his side at all. This significantly damaged my perception/ reputation of Cherish X, and I wouldn't recommend their services. Thank you.

Tape will be used in the decoration to place balloons on wall/ ceiling (we recommend you to remove cello tapes immediately after the celebration to avoid chipping of paint)
You will have to provide a stool or ladder to reach the ceiling

12 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
Less than 12 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages. Similarly, no cancellations are allowed for bookings made on Karva Chauth.
