The balloon bouquet is assembled at the delivery place, please provide some space like parking lot or security room etc for us to setup the bouquet before delivery
Please be aware that the longevity of the bouquet cannot be guaranteed for an extended period, such as more than a few hours. Balloons have varying lifespans; they may deflate overnight, while others can last for days. Deflation can occur due to various factors, including potential contact with sharp objects or changes in room temperature.

- More than 24 hours before experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
- 12 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
- Less than 12 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
- No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages. Similarly, no cancellations are allowed for bookings made on Karva Chauth.
