The balloon bouquet is assembled at the delivery place, please provide some space like parking lot or security room etc for us to setup the bouquet before delivery

Deflation can occur due to various factors, including potential contact with sharp objects or changes in room temperature.

- More than 24 hours before experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
- 12 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
- Less than 12 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
