The balloon bouquet is assembled at the delivery place, please provide some space like parking lot or security room etc for us to setup the bouquet before delivery

Balloons have varying lifespans; they may deflate overnight, while others can last for days. Deflation can occur due to various factors, including potential contact with sharp objects or changes in room temperature.

- 12 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
