The only issue I faced with the order was the delivery time.. I had customised the order as I had specific customisation. So i spoke to one of your executive and then booked..while booking no one told me I need to select a time slot...I said the decoration should be finished by 6:15... But the decorator called at 1 and said only he is available now not later...then i had to cal executives for a long time and then they got it done at 7:30..by then the bride had arrived so it was not a surprise anymore...I wish your team had communicated about slot selection and has given clarity before hand..
