Zero star Whoever delivered and had set up the “PApa balloon bouquet” did such a pathetic job. We paid so much money for this and to make an occasion special for our parents and it all was ruined because of how poorly your exec did his job. Despite telling him not to rush(by parents) he still rushed and within an hour so many of the balloons were gone. Photos have been shared via email to your customer support email id for your reference. I either need a resolution or full refund for ruining a birthday surprise for my dad. Completely unacceptable.
