Design was good. They came and finished on time. They were able to get the design right although the the background tarpouline was hard for them to set up and was a little crumpled at the sides despite having a tarp stand that I have rented extra. Still I gave 5 star for the effort. I was offered another stand to make it look better but they would need more time to set up. So i turned it down as the program will be delayed. Only on that part I wish they have suggested early on so it could have been incorporated within the aloted time. Other than that they got the design right. Balloons were exactly as in pictures and all materials were included.

The vendor did not pick up the call for a long time even after the alloted slot was over . The customer care number given to me also wasn’t working. I would have given only a single star. However I found another number online and contacted the customer service. They picked up and escalated it. An alternate vendor was provided in couple of hours and work was completed about 3 hrs later. So this is resolved but only 3 stars due to the stress created initially
