  • No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.
Reschedule Policy
  • Till the time photo frame has not been designed: Rescheduling at Zero Fee
  • After design & printing of the photo frame: Rescheduling of frame and addons on case to case basis
  • No Re-Schedule possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.
Other Info
  • Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on same day of your experience.
  • To officially cancel or reschedule reply to the booking confirmation email saying "I wish to cancel my gift, please initiate the cancellation process" or "Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date"
  • In case of a complaint notice must be given to CherishX within 2 days of product delivery
