I wanted to share the unpleasant experience I had with your service. I booked my son's birthday celebration on July 26th at Mannheim Bangalore . After seeing your advertisement online and was assigned a game coordinator named Priya. I tried calling her several times before the event, but got no response. A few times, her husband answered and said she was in the restroom. I never received a call back. On the day of the event, Priya the game coordinator arrived with minimal supplies—merely a few drinking glasses and straws—and only then expressed that she was unaware the celebration was for a 4-year-old child. This lack of preparation and understanding of the event brief is unacceptable, especially since she accepted the assignment without clarifying key details beforehand. She had not asked for any details beforehand and didn’t seem prepared at all. Even though she eventually agreed to run some games, they were not engaging for the kids and ended quickly in 15 mins. After that, she and her friend spent most of the time taking selfies instead of managing the event. We entrusted your company with our child's special day, investing time and money with the expectation of a professional and memorable experience. Unfortunately, the reality was frustrating and deeply disappointing. This incident not only ruined the celebration but also severely undermined our trust in your services. I request a thorough explanation and appropriate redress for this experience. Should this issue remain unaddressed, I will be compelled to share my experience across relevant public forums so that others are aware and do not face similar outcomes. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
